Why Choose Psychological Testing?
We understand that seeking an evaluation is a big decision. Our comprehensive assessments provide clarity, direction, and a personalized path forward. Below are key reasons why testing at Katy Psychological Services can benefit you.
Psychological testing offers a detailed and objective assessment of mental health conditions, helping to identify challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, autism, and more.
After testing, we provide a comprehensive report with personalized strategies for therapy, school accommodations, and treatment options to best support your needs.
Our licensed psychologists specialize in in-depth assessments, ensuring precision, thoroughness, and expert guidance throughout the process.

After testing, we compile a comprehensive report with diagnoses and personalized treatment recommendations.
3. Detailed Written Report
You’ll meet with the psychologist for a one-on-one review of your results, helping you understand next steps for treatment and care.

Psychologist vs. Psychiatrist:
What’s the Difference?
Medical doctors who prescribe medication for mental health conditions. Their evaluations are typically brief, based on interviews and questionnaires.
Psychiatrists
Doctoral-level professionals (Ph.D.) trained to conduct comprehensive evaluations. Our assessments go beyond symptom checklists, providing in-depth analysis, diagnostic clarity, and treatment planning
