Couples therapy is provided using approaches based on the Gottman Method, backed by 40 years of research.  This method helps improve the way couples navigate conflict and how to express their emotions in a more productive way.  It can be helpful for those on the verge of divorce, but it is also benefical for couples who just want to understand each other better and improve their communication with one another.  It can be effective at any stage in a relationship and benefits couples at any age, class, or cultural background.

Play therapy is a powerful intervention for children who would benefit from expressing themselves in a non-judgemental format by a trained counselor who uses both advanced techniques, empathy, and genuine listening to understand a child's needs at deeper levels in order to bring about healing leading to positive changes in their behavior.
